By continuing with this transaction, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

• The customer understands that this is a pre-order arrangement and that the Tiqqunei ha-Zohar Margalya will not be sent to the customer until it is available.
• The customer understands that this price is a discounted pre-order price, providing them with a saving of 33% off the regular retail price.
• The customer agrees to pay upfront 90% of the discounted pre-order price for Tiqqunei ha-Zohar Margalya.
• The customer understands that the final 10% of the discounted pre-order price plus the cost of shipping to their location will be charged when the Tiqqunei ha-Zohar Margalya is ready to be sent. 
• The customer understands that the estimated cost of shipping to their location is provided on the Tiqqunei ha-Zohar Margalya product page. These costs may be subject to change.
• If the customer would like to request a refund on their pre-order purchase, they should email hello@margalya.com.
